1. General
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Exalyn Studio online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products
Exalyn Studio offers clothing, graphic apparel, accessories and other fashion or lifestyle products, including products featuring original artistic designs.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, designs and characteristics accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device, and minor variations may occur as a result of the manufacturing or printing process.
Product descriptions, available sizes, colours and other relevant characteristics are displayed on the applicable product page.
3. Prices and Taxes
Prices displayed to customers are presented in accordance with the tax rules applicable to the customer's market and destination.
Any applicable VAT, shipping charges or other charges will be displayed as required before the customer completes the order.
4. Orders
By submitting an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
After an order is placed, you will receive an electronic order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, obvious pricing or product-information errors, or product unavailability. Where an order has already been paid and is cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed according to the conditions of the selected payment provider.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping options, applicable charges and estimated delivery information are provided during checkout and/or in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights concerning delivery under applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers who are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal may exercise that right in accordance with applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.
For eligible purchases by consumers in the European Union, the statutory withdrawal period is 14 days.

8. Personalized Products
Certain products may be made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized. Where the statutory exception for personalized or custom-made goods applies, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
This exception does not remove the customer's statutory rights if a personalized product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.
9. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
Consumers retain all mandatory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods under applicable Belgian and European Union consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a statutory legal guarantee or another consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Exalyn Studio name, branding, original artwork, graphic designs, photographs, written content and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Exalyn Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative commercial products without the appropriate authorization, except where permitted by law.
11. Website Use
You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, or use the website in a manner that infringes the rights of Exalyn Studio or third parties.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation.

The Terms applicable to an order are those applicable to that transaction at the relevant time, subject to mandatory law.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections applicable to you under the law that cannot be contractually excluded.
