Do all Exalyn Studio T-shirts fit the same?
No. Exalyn Studio uses different T-shirt styles depending on the design, desired fit and overall look of the garment.
Some of our heavier, higher-density T-shirts are designed with a relaxed or oversized fit. If you prefer a more regular or fitted look, you may want to consider choosing one size smaller.
Always check the Size Chart provided on the individual product page before ordering, as measurements and fit may vary between T-shirt models.
How do I choose the right size?
Please use the Size Chart on the specific product page rather than relying only on the size you normally wear.
For oversized styles, choose your usual size if you want the intended relaxed look. If you prefer a closer fit, consider sizing down.

Why do prices vary between T-shirts?
Our designs are printed on different premium T-shirt styles selected according to the artwork, fabric, fit and overall look of each design.
Because these garments can differ in fabric weight, construction and specifications, prices may vary between products even when the printing technique is the same.

DESIGNS & PRINTING
Are Exalyn Studio designs original?
Yes. Exalyn Studio products feature original designs created specifically for our collections and brand aesthetic.
Our collections combine artistic illustration, geometry, symbolism and visual composition to transform everyday clothing into distinctive wearable art.
How are the designs printed?
Our graphic apparel is professionally produced using printing techniques selected for the garment and artwork.
Because our products are produced specifically for each order, slight variations may naturally occur between individual printed garments.
Will the colours look exactly the same as on my screen?
We make every effort to represent our products and artwork as accurately as possible. However, colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, device, display brightness and the fabric colour on which the artwork is printed.
Minor differences between the digital image and the finished garment are therefore normal.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
When will my order be produced?
Most Exalyn Studio apparel is made to order. Production begins after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
This approach allows us to produce garments specifically for our customers rather than maintaining unnecessary finished stock.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time consists of both production time and shipping time.
Estimated delivery information is provided during checkout where available. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination, order volume, carrier and periods of unusually high demand.
Where do you ship?
Available shipping destinations and shipping options are shown during checkout based on your delivery address.
Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive the relevant tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Can different products from the same order arrive separately?
In some circumstances, products may be produced or fulfilled separately. This means that items from the same order may occasionally arrive in more than one shipment.
ORDERS
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because many Exalyn Studio products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.
If you notice a mistake or need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once production has started.
I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order details and the correct address.
If your order has not yet entered fulfilment or been shipped, we will try to have the address corrected. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
What happens if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
Please contact us promptly and include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the item received.
We will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return an item if I change my mind?

GARMENT CARE
How should I care for my Exalyn Studio T-shirt?
Always follow the care instructions supplied with your garment.
To help preserve printed artwork, we generally recommend washing printed garments inside out, using a gentle cycle and avoiding unnecessary high temperatures.
Do not iron directly over printed artwork and do not put it in the dryer machine.

Are payments secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment providers available through our online store. Exalyn Studio does not directly store your full card details.
